Pricing FAQ
Do you charge per order or per inventory item?+
No. Inventory, orders and customers are unlimited on every paid plan. Plans are priced by team size, not by how much business you do.
Do you take a percentage of my bookings?+
No. Party Rental CRM does not charge a percentage-based commission on your rental bookings. If you connect a payment processor to accept customer payments, standard processing fees may apply separately.
Is a credit card required for the free trial?+
No. You can start your 14-day free trial without entering a credit card.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There is no long-term contract requirement.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can move to a different plan as your team grows. Contact us and we can help you switch.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Your data is never deleted automatically. If a plan is not active when your trial ends, dashboard access is paused until a plan is selected, and your existing data stays intact.
Are payment processing fees included in the price?+
No. Your plan price does not include third-party payment processing fees. Those are set by the payment processor and apply separately if you accept online payments.
What counts as a full office user?+
A full office user is a login for an owner or staff member who accesses the dashboard: orders, customers, reports, settings, and more.
What counts as a crew or driver user?+
Crew and driver logins use a separate, simpler PIN-based login built for delivery and warehouse staff, and are counted separately from full office users.
Do you help with data migration?+
For larger accounts we can discuss migration assistance as part of an Enterprise plan. Contact us to talk through what you need.
Is annual billing charged monthly or all at once?+
Annual billing is charged as a single upfront annual payment at the discounted rate shown when you select Yearly.
What is the Founding Customer offer?+
It locks in everything currently released on Party Rental CRM for $49/month, held for 24 months, for a limited number of qualifying rental companies. It does not include features released after you join beyond what your plan normally covers.
What happens after the Founding Customer price lock ends?+
We will communicate the applicable pricing to you before the locked period ends. We have not set that future price yet.
